Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Return Process

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
